Custom Charges for International Orders
Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order that you have just placed, please follow these instructions:

You may cancel any item from your order provided it has not yet entered the shipping process.

Once an order has entered our shipping process, we are unable to cancel the order. You may either refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to the address listed on the packing slip. You will see the credit to your credit card in one to two billing cycles.
